By accessing or using the Taka VIP platform at taka-vip.org, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. This agreement takes effect from the moment you first access the platform, whether or not you complete registration.

Taka VIP reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Taka VIP platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

These terms apply to all users of Taka VIP, including registered players, visitors, and anyone accessing the platform through the Taka VIP mobile app. If you are using Taka VIP on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms.

To register and play on Taka VIP, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

Each player is permitted to hold one Taka VIP account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid contact number, and a working mobile banking number for the payment method you intend to use. Taka VIP uses this information to process your transactions and to verify your identity when required.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• You must notify Taka VIP immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Taka VIP will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.

Taka VIP accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any balance within it to another person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account closure.

Taka VIP supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). You must use a payment method that is registered in your own name. Using a payment account belonging to another person is not permitted and may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the cashier page and may be updated from time to time.
• Deposits are credited to your Taka VIP account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe displayed at the time of request. Taka VIP aims to process all withdrawals as quickly as possible.
• Taka VIP does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.

Taka VIP reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these terms. In such cases, Taka VIP will notify the player and may request supporting documentation before releasing funds.

Taka VIP offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The general rules below apply to all Taka VIP bonuses unless stated otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the specific promotion terms. Some bonuses require a qualifying deposit before they are activated.

All games available on Taka VIP operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game. Taka VIP is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• All bets placed on Taka VIP are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after they have been accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. Taka VIP's decision in such cases is final.
• Game outcomes on Taka VIP are determined by certified random number generation systems. Results are not influenced by previous outcomes, player history, or session length.
• Published RTP (Return to Player) figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Taka VIP reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.

If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise the issue with Taka VIP support within 72 hours of the disputed round. Claims raised after this period may not be investigated.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Taka VIP. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent closure with forfeiture of any balance:

• Creating or operating more than one Taka VIP account.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploit must be reported to Taka VIP support immediately.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to make deposits on Taka VIP.
• Attempting to launder money through the platform in any way.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Taka VIP staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced without a waiting period.
• Session reminders: Receive a notification after a set period of play to help you stay aware of time spent on the platform.
• Account pause: Temporarily suspend your account for a chosen period. During a pause, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: Request a longer-term exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

You may close your Taka VIP account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method, provided there are no outstanding investigations or holds on the account.

Taka VIP reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is suspected or confirmed.
• A player is found to be ineligible under Section 2.
• Taka VIP is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, Taka VIP reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full.

Taka VIP may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address or contact number on their account. The updated terms will also be published on this page with a revised effective date.

If you do not agree with any changes to these terms, you should stop using Taka VIP and close your account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
